2) Air Baggage : Original passport, Original Airway Bill, Invoice / Packing list approximate value of items, Baggage Declaration form to be singed by consignee and authority letter.

3) General Cargo : Authority Letter signed & Stamped by consignee in original, invoice/packing list, Gatt Declaration Form signed and stamped in original by consignee, N-form/Undertaking signed and stamped in original by consignee, IEC Copy, Sales Tax / Service Tax Certificate, Original B.L. copy signed and stamped in original by consignee.

For Exports :-

1) Sea /Air Baggage : Copy of Passport signed by consignee, Invoice / Packing list approximate value of items signed by consignee, Copy of Air ticket, Departure Certificate and authority letter.

2) General Cargo : Authority Letter signed & Stamped by consignee in original, Original invoice/packing list, N-form/Undertaking signed and stamped in original by consignee, IEC Copy, Sales Tax / Service Tax Certificate, Authorised Dealer code registration copy signed and stamped in original by consignee.
